To ensure you have the best possible experience when ordering our premium mangoes, we’ve outlined all the essential information regarding quality, handling, shipping, and customer service. This guidance applies to all mango varieties listed on our website and in stores.

1.Product Quality Standards

Net Weight: Each box contains a net weight of 5kg / 8kg / 10kg of mangoes (excluding packaging).
Fresh & Export Grade: All mangoes are freshly harvested and meet strict export-quality standards, ensuring optimal ripeness, aroma, size, and flavor.
100% Carbide Free Ripening: We strictly use natural, food-safe ripening methods. Our mangoes are free from calcium carbide and other harmful chemicals.
Farm to Box Guarantee: Mangoes are sourced directly from premium orchards, hand-picked at the right maturity, and packed under hygienic conditions.

3. Delivery & Handling

Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners with insulated packaging to maintain freshness.
Estimated Delivery Time: Your order will be shipped based on your selected mango variety’s box opening date (see below). Transit time is typically 48–96 hours after dispatch.
Secure Packaging: Each box is carefully packed with protective layering to reduce bruising during transit. However, minimal handling wear is considered normal for naturally ripened fruit.

4. Ripening & Opening Dates

Box Opening Dates: Each box is labeled with a recommended opening date, indicating the ideal day to unbox and begin ripening the mangoes at room temperature.
Early Opening May Affect Taste: For best results, do not open the box before the specified date. Mangoes opened early may not ripen correctly or deliver the full flavor profile.

5. Storage & Handling Instructions

Once opened, remove mangoes from the box after ripe and place them on a flat surface or newspaper, turning them occasionally for even ripening.
Keep mangoes at room temperature. Avoid refrigeration until they are fully ripe.
Once ripe, mangoes can be stored in the refrigerator for 2–3 days to maintain freshness.

6. Customer Satisfaction Policy

100% Refund or Replacement Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our mangoes. If your box arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly below standard, contact our support within 24 hours with pictures and we’ll offer a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Customer Support: Our dedicated team is available to assist you before, during and after your order. We pride ourselves on transparent communication and high service standards.

7. Important Notes

Mango size and color may vary slightly due to the natural growth cycle, but all mangoes meet our internal grade and taste benchmarks.
Delivery schedules may be adjusted slightly in the event of unfavorable weather, strikes, or logistics delays, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
