You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

2. Shipping Duration

Within Pakistan: 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 4–8 business days (varies by destination and customs)

We partner with reliable local and international courier services with temperature-controlled logistics to ensure freshness.

4. Shipping Charges

Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free shipping may apply on select domestic or bulk orders (when mentioned).

5. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Delays in pickup may impact mango quality, especially in hot climates.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we follow a strict yet fair return policy:

1. Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Spoiled due to shipping delays caused by our partner(s)

Note: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
